It was a cup full kind of day, more than we could have ever imagined. Your love and support for Coco's, small businesses, and the local economy add to the heartbeat of the neighbourhood and spirit of our town. We are so grateful for each and every one of you. ‍Raw Cashew Dreamcake by My New Roots

I have been using this recipe for at least 12 or more years. It was one of the first raw vegan cakes I ever made and I still really enjoy it and I am glad you all did too!

I made it using activated roast almonds in the base and maple syrup as the sweetener.
