We just came across this healthy recipe from Lee Holmes and as turmeric and fudge lovers we got a tad excited! Plus it also contains her Heal Your Gut Powder.
One-Bowl Turmeric Fudge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup honey or rice malt syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp Heal Your Gut Powder (diatomaceous earth)
- 2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp ginger
Method
Stir all ingredients in a bowl, poor into a small lined baking dish, set in the fridge for an hour and cut into slices!
